Managing Director

Dominik Różański has graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and accounting with a specialisation of Property Management and Valuations.

 

He has a vast 10 years commercial real estate experience working for institutional real estate funds as a Investment Manager for Central Europe. He held this position in Segro (second biggest industrial investor in Europe) and DWS (wealth management platform of Deutsche Bank). During those years he was responsible for acquisitions and disposals of real estate in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia.

 

Before DWS and Segro Dominik was a member of Capital Markets team of DTZ advising clients both on the buy and sell side.

 

During his career he was involved in numerous transactions in all RE sectors (office, retail, industrial, hotels, student housing, residential) with a total volume of EUR 800 m transacted.

 

Together with execution of acquisition&disposal strategy he was responsible for the asset management and valuations – monitoring and maintaining value of the fund’s portfolio vs. market cycles including building strategies for the board on the future shape of the portfolio in CEE.

 

He is a member of CCIM and RICS associations
